Senior Associate, Brand Marketing

Position Summary

We're looking for an ambitious, detail-driven brand marketer to help grow our medical aesthetic skincare portfolio. As a Senior Associate of Brand Marketing, you'll own the execution of brand strategy and campaigns from concept to launch, working cross-functionally to bring consistent, compelling brand positioning to both provider and consumer audiences.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. You'll be trusted to run with projects independently, keep the details tight, and help shape how our brand shows up across every touchpoint, from clinical sales materials to major industry conferences. If you have physician-dispensed aesthetics experience, a sharp eye for detail, and genuinely enjoy building things from the ground up, we'd love to talk.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, multi-channel initiatives, and product launches to grow market share in the medical aesthetics space
  • Build and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and collateral that unify communication across B2B (practices, dermatologists, medspas) and B2C channels
  • Partner closely with sales, medical affairs, digital marketing, and regulatory teams to keep branding aligned with commercial goals and compliance standards
  • Translate complex clinical and scientific information into clear, compelling brand messaging for both provider and consumer audiences

Content & Collateral Management

  • Own production of marketing assets including clinical sales sheets, patient education materials, email campaigns, event signage, and digital content
  • Manage agency partners, designers, and copywriters to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
  • Review all collateral closely for message accuracy, brand tone, regulatory compliance, and precise execution, nothing ships with loose ends

Conferences & Field Presence

  • Take a lead role in planning our presence at medical conferences and trade shows, from strategy and format down to on-the-ground execution
  • Partner with medical affairs to ensure marketing has a clear seat at the table in shaping how we show up at industry events
  • Support key opinion leader (KOL) engagement strategy and manage KOL learning platforms and LMS systems, an area ready to be rebuilt and leveled up

Innovation & Product

  • Collaborate on new product development and innovation, working directly with leadership to refine positioning and go-to-market approach
  • Bring a brand-first lens to product conversations, translating strategy into market-ready execution

Market Intelligence & Performance

  • Track medical aesthetics market trends, competitive activity, and provider and patient insights to spot growth opportunities
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and use data to continuously sharpen strategy and demonstrate ROI

Qualifications

Required

  • 2 to 4 years of direct brand marketing experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, physician-dispensed skincare, wellness, or healthcare
  • Deep familiarity with the physician-dispensed skincare model, medical spa dynamics, and aesthetic provider workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience supporting both B2B and B2C customer journeys
  • A true self-starter with a high level of initiative, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of projects from concept to completion
  • Uncompromising attention to detail, with high standards for quality, design precision, consistent branding, and accuracy in clinical and product claims
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong ambition and a desire to grow within the organization

Preferred

  • Experience with provider engagement or LMS/asset-hub platforms (e.g., Exfluential or similar)
  • Startup or high-growth company experience, including comfort operating with significant autonomy

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000 annually
  • Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
  • Equity: Competitive early-stage equity package

Benefits

  • 16 company holidays and unlimited vacation policy
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with fully employer-paid options for employees
