• Prospect, engage, and close new accounts using your existing relationships and an outreach cadence that never stops

• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through in-practice meetings, follow-up, onboarding support, and account growth

• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently convert: this role is measured on accounts opened and revenue generated

• Represent Re-Q Health at industry conferences, KOL events, and field initiatives

• Deliver structured feedback on messaging, objections, and market dynamics to refine field execution over time

Practice Education & Pull-Through

• Drive reorder behavior – opening an account is the start, not the finish

• Train practice staff, run in-office events, and own sell-through metrics

• Educate physicians and staff on product value, clinical positioning, and patient-facing use

• Help practices integrate the product into existing workflows and patient conversations

• Build trusted relationships with physicians, mid-levels, aestheticians, injectors, and staff through consistent, high-quality engagement

• Deep, current, personally owned relationships with target practices in the assigned geography — you can name 25+ accounts you can call this week

• Experience supporting in-office education, staff trainings, and events

• Familiarity with CRM and commercial tools such as HubSpot, Shopify, or Exfluential

• Network beyond physicians, including injectors, aestheticians, and other practice stakeholders

Compensation
