The Head of Medical Affairs will build and lead the Medical Affairs function at Rapalogix Health, serving as both the strategic architect of the organization and a highly visible scientific leader in the field.
This role will be responsible for defining Medical Affairs strategy, establishing the operating model, building the future-state organization, and creating the evidence, education, and KOL engagement roadmap required to support the company's growth. Unlike larger organizations where Medical Affairs infrastructure already exists, this leader will help determine what capabilities are needed, what resources should be invested, and how the function should evolve over time.
At the same time, this is a hands-on, field-facing leadership role. The Head of Medical Affairs will personally build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, spend meaningful time engaging directly with physicians and aesthetic providers, participate in congresses and advisory boards, and serve as one of the company’s most visible scientific ambassadors.
The Head of Medical Affairs will manage a Director of Medical Affairs while creating the long-term organizational structure and capability roadmap for the broader Medical Affairs function. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership, deep Medical Affairs expertise, strong scientific credibility, and a genuine passion for engaging directly with physicians and key external stakeholders.
