Dr. Zhen Huang Cao is a seasoned professional in life sciences business development and corporate strategy, bringing 8 years of experience across academia, consulting, and the pharma and biotech industries. As Executive Director of Corporate Development and Operations at Rapalogix Health, Zhen leads efforts in identifying strategic growth opportunities and fostering partnerships that align with the company’s mission of advancing longevity science in skin health, and oversees day-to-day corporate operations.

Prior to joining Rapalogix Health, Zhen held business development roles at Cambrian Biopharma and Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, where she excelled in opportunity and market evaluations, strategy development, financial modeling, partnering strategies, and venture creation. Zhen holds a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences with a specialization in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Chicago. Her academic and professional background uniquely positions her to bridge science and business, driving innovation and growth at Rapalogix Health.
