Dr. Manpreet Randhawa is a distinguished leader in personal care science with over 20 years of experience in skincare and beauty technologies. As Executive Director of Research and Development at Rapalogix Health, Manpreet drives innovation by integrating cutting-edge cellular biology with advanced formulation science to deliver transformative solutions for skin health and longevity. Her expertise lies in building platform-enabled technologies by leveraging an understanding of the complexities of skin at the cellular and molecular levels, with a focus on both aging-related and non-aging-related changes.

Prior to joining Rapalogix Health, Manpreet held pivotal roles at Avon and Johnson & Johnson, with a career spanning product development, marketing, and the successful commercialization of groundbreaking technologies.

Manpreet earned her Doctorate in Cellular Biology from George Mason University. With a comprehensive understanding of bringing scientific innovations to market, she is instrumental in advancing Rapalogix Health’s mission of leveraging science-backed solutions to redefine the future of skincare.
