Manisha Jha brings over 15 years of expertise in the personal care products space, with a specialized focus on skincare and oral care technologies. As Senior Manager of R&D Project Management at Rapalogix Health, she drives the development of innovative products through advanced formulation science and strategic project leadership—driving impactful solutions for skin health and longevity.

Her career spans key scientific roles at Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, and Colgate-Palmolive, where she contributed to product innovations, project management, regulatory strategy, clinical research, and claims development, culminating in the successful launch of breakthrough products.

Manisha holds a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Houston, a Master’s in Marketing Management from University of Mumbai and a Bachelor’s in Oils and Surfactants Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. Her deep understanding of translating scientific innovation into market-ready products is instrumental in advancing Rapalogix Health’s mission of delivering evidence-backed solutions for optimal skin health.
