Our Team

Kelly Mayo is a seasoned and collaborative professional with over 20 years of experience in publicly traded biotechnology, life sciences and communications technologies & services companies. As the Controller and Director of Finance, Kelly will be a critical leader in establishing scalable financial infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making, and partnering cross-functionally to support Rapalogix Health’s next stage of growth.

Prior to joining Rapalogix Health, from 2020 to 2025, Kelly served as Controller of Revelation Biosciences, Inc. and from 2015 to 2020, she served as Assistant Controller of La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company. At La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company, she participated in the transition of the Company from early clinical development to commercialization and assisted in a new product launch. Prior to joining La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company, Kelly held financial and accounting positions of increasing responsibility at several other companies. Kelly began her career with Ernst & Young LLP in Palo Alto.

Kelly is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California, and earned a B.S. degree in business management economics, with an emphasis in accounting, from the University of California Santa Cruz.
